Kosciusko's parks provide almost year-round opportunities for activities and include Hugh Ellard Park, Jason Niles Park, Northside Park, Aponaug Park, and Redbud Springs Bicentennial Park. Hugh Ellard Park is home to Kosciusko's city pool and a paved walking track. Jason Niles Park also has a track for walkers.

Sports programs are available through Parks & Recreation for youth of all ages ranging from baseball to soccer. Scouting and 4-H also provide recreation and entertainment for the community's youth.
