Kosciusko Water & Light
Kosciusko Water & Light is a city owned utility dedicated to meeting the electric and water needs of our customers by providing reliable service at the lowest possible cost. While utility service is our primary purpose, we have made our resources available to assist and support other departments of the city as well as community wide economic development.
Kosciusko Water & Light operates as a self-sustaining arm of city government. Its assets and operations are paid for through its utility rates — not tax money. The day-to-day operation of the water and electrical power distribution systems of Kosciusko Water & Light is supervised by a General Manager who reports to a five member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
