The City of Kosciusko has four parks located in the City each offering various recreational opportunities.
Redbud Springs Park - North Natchez Street
This park offers a monument of our namesake, Tadeusz Kosciuszko. This monument was designed and created by Sculptor Tracy H. Sugg and was presented and unveiled on October 13, 2006. The park offers a peaceful setting with reflecting pools and benches surrounded by beautiful landscape designed by local landscape architect, Stephen Cheek.
Hugh Ellard Park - 100 Love Road
Hugh Ellard Park (named for former Alderman Hugh P. Ellard, Sr.) has a baseball/softball complex consisting of 9 fields that are used by all ages. It houses the office for Parks and Recreation Director as well as 3 concession stands for baseball/softball. It also has a soccer complex that has fields for all ages along with a concession stand for the scoccer fields as well.
Jason Niles Park - Knox Road
Jason Niles Park consumes a whole city block with new tennis courts, playground equipment, walking track and a pavilion that is available to the public to rent for special occasions.
